COMENSA Africa Conference 2026
From Seed to Significance
Every great movement begins as a seed — an idea planted with intention, nurtured through collaboration, and grown into something that creates lasting impact.
The inaugural COMENSA Africa Conference 2026 marked a defining moment in the evolution of coaching, mentoring, and supervision across Africa. This inaugural and anniversary conference brought together practitioners, researchers, industry leaders, partners, and stakeholders to shape a borderless, inclusive, and globally recognised professional community.
Over two transformative days, the conference explored the future of the profession — from research and ethics to technology, mental wellbeing, entrepreneurship, and professional credibility. It was where emerging ideas took root, meaningful conversations flourished, and professional practice moved from seed to significance.
