Your partner in Organisational Coaching. We help companies build and sustain coaching cultures, and we create a career path for Coaches from the Affiliate (APC), to the Registered Professional Coach (RPC), to the Senior RPC (SRPC), to the Registered Master Coach. We are proud to announce that the RPC program is gold approved by COMENSA.
Coaching is about transformation and change…about learning, stretching and growing…about unlocking performance to achieve higher levels of professional performance and personal satisfaction…about becoming the best version of ourselves. Coaches act as a catalyst for change and performance by challenging and supporting employees in achieving both their personal and organizational performance objectives through a consistent and confident focus on strengths and while managing to areas for growth.
Dr. Peggy Marshall, Founder and CEO of Global IOC
Global IOC offers a variety of pathways into growth. Each pathway is an invitation — whether you begin with self-reflection, leadership development, coach training, or organizational renewal. These pathways are not isolated programs but part of a living ecosystem designed to connect and strengthen one another. Wherever you choose to begin, you step into a journey that integrates insight with embodiment, personal courage with collective impact.
At Global IOC, we believe coaching is not an event. It’s a way of leading. Our mission is to help organizations embed coaching into the everyday fabric of leadership and teamwork, creating cultures that sustain clarity, performance, and well-being. When coaching becomes part of how your leaders and teams think, decide, and engage, the impact is multiplied: greater trust, stronger alignment, and more resilient results.
Let’s explore how Global IOC can partner with your organization to build a coaching culture that lasts.
Ready to Take Your Coaching from Insight to Real Transformation? Discover MapsTell at COMENSA Africa Conference 2026 brought to you by Change is Growing.
Stop handing clients thick, static personality reports that end up forgotten in a drawer.
It’s time to put your coaching on the map — literally.
MapsTell is a breakthrough behavioural methodology based on the well-known DISC model, a powerful visual system that literally places behaviour on a map. Instead of reading through lengthy reports, clients explore their own “World of Difference,” where cities, rivers, and mountains represent behavioural patterns, communication styles, and motivations.
This approach transforms abstract insight into something tangible, memorable, and immediately actionable. Consider MapsTell as the ultimate DISC upgrade.
For coaches, this is more than just a tool—it’s a game-changing methodology.
As a certified MapsTell Guide, you gain the ability to facilitate immersive coaching and team experiences where individuals and groups can see, feel, and walk through behaviour. Participants receive their own PersonalMap, a visual representation of how they interact with the world, helping them better understand themselves and others while improving communication, collaboration, and performance.
Why Coaches Are Choosing MapsTell
In a competitive coaching market, differentiation matters. MapsTell equips you with a unique, internationally recognised approach that stands out from traditional DISC-based coaching. Beyond differentiation, MapsTell delivers real results. By making behaviour visible and interactive, it fosters deeper self-awareness, reduces conflict, strengthens relationships, and enhances team effectiveness.

Established in 1997, the South Africa College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) is a leading independent provider of Applied Psychology that offers a range of registered and accredited courses ranging from Higher Certificates, a diploma and undergraduate degrees to postgraduate qualifications and specialised programmes. Applied Psychology forms the core of each course and topic areas include Psychology, Communication, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Social Work and Coaching.
This South African based private tertiary education institution has a 3000-strong (and growing) student cohort and has a custom-designed campus in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg and Pretoria. SACAP also offers training to the world via its Online Campus and provides short micro-credentials via SACAP Global.
The Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching blends academic rigour with the development of strong applied practical skills. SACAP also adds our unique psychological lens to coaching as an Applied Psychology as we believe that in order to work effectively with others – one needs to understand and apply psychological principles.
What’s more, the qualification offers a solid theoretical grounding and a deep understanding of current coaching thinking, practice, ethics and research. Providing depth and mastery, the course will help you uncover your signature presence, create your own coaching model and implement a practitioner research project.
The Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching culminates in SACAP’s unique, supervised Client Coaching Internship, which enables you to confidently navigate the bridge into the working world of professional coaching. Even more significantly, SACAP offers you the opportunity to gain invaluable practical experience, positively impact people’s personal and professional lives, as well as sharpen and refine your coaching skills and signature presence before you even graduate.
Coach Practitioner Programme:
Over the course of the five-month programme, SACAP will bring our unique psychological lens to coaching as an Applied Psychology. We believe that in order to work effectively with others, one needs to understand and apply psychological principles within the scope of practice as a coach.
Alongside training in the ICF coaching competencies and COMENSA’s Behavioural Standards, students will receive personalised feedback and dedicated coach mentoring to support their ongoing professional development as coaches.
The Coach Practitioner programme is the first of our two non-credit bearing short learning programmes that together cover the same content and practical applications as the first year of our Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching.
The Coach Practitioner programme aims to introduce students to some fundamental coaching competencies, as well as how to draw on learnings from an Applied Psychology framework within engagements with others. Together with the second course (Advanced Coach Practitioner Programme), students are trained to become conscious, competent and confident professional coaches.
The Advanced Coach Practitioner Programme is a part-time, six-month, short learning programme designed with working professionals in mind and includes a strong practical component within a robust theoretical framework.
This second programme covers various models of change and adult learning principles so that participants can become conscious, competitive and confident professional coaches. Throughout the programme, you will also receive customised feedback about your demonstrated coaching skills and mentor coaching. The programme also includes a coaching competency performance exam.
SACAPs Coaching programmes are designed to fit around your work-life balance, the course comprises evening classes Online as well as intensive modules (made up of four consecutive days) that are held in-person at the campus where you’re registered (Cape Town / Johannesburg).
