It is an Programme which aims to bridge the gap between the learning environment (classroom) and the world of work (be it for employment or entrepreneurship). It is designed to achieve the following objectives: Career planning for personal and professional development Gathering and interpreting performance feedback Improving interpersonal and leadership skills Mediating team relationships; analyzing career roadblocks and setbacks Uncovering blind spots and assumptions that limit the Winners’ abilities Helping Winners stick with and assess progress in a structured manner Serving as a confidential sounding board to deliberate on alternative courses of action and business strategies.
