The Transpersonal Leadership coaching programme is designed for coaches who are involved with organisational leaders or high potential and aspiring leaders and who appreciate that supporting developing excellent leadership for our rapidly changing world requires coaching leaders beyond the ego. The course takes coaches through their own experiential transpersonal journey to enable them to model and coach clients along their own individual paths to beyond the ego excellence. It provides a coherent and flexible narrative and toolkit to use with clients, adding value. A preliminary stage for this programme is to become accredited as a LEIPA (360-tool) facilitator which confers rapid realisable benefits to both coach and client to enable emotional intelligence development which is a key step within the transpersonal journey. The course works with best practice in work-based learning and brain friendly blended methodologies, using varied online stimulus and live video conference workshop based group work. A warm and supportive cohort is established that provides the social learning benefits of workshops without the need or costs to travel/stay away.
