This programme’s core objective is to transition emerging leaders from a managerial mindset to a coaching leadership style. The central premise is that effective external leadership begins with self-mastery. The programme achieves this by equipping future leaders with the foundational capabilities required to guide others successfully:
• Personal Foundation (Self-Mastery): Achieving profound self-awareness, developing emotional regulation, and establishing personal credibility and resilience.
• Relational Foundation: Developing the skills needed to effectively guide and develop others through complex organizational challenges (e.g., conflict, change).
