The Programme in Outcomes and Key Results – Measuring What Matters or simple OKR Coaching is designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge to become proficient OKR Coaches, enabling them to guide teams and organizations in setting, tracking, and achieving ambitious goals using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework.
