This Programme has been carefully designed to provide the best possible preparation for a successful career as a professional life coach.

The convenient home study format circumvents any need for contact hours or travelling. Training, however, is comprehensive, requiring some 300+ hours and covering all aspects of life coaching. The theory element aims to develop high levels of self-awareness and knowledge, whereas the practical element will hone life coaching skills and build self-confidence through extensive practice coaching experience.

The Programme is offered throughout South Africa and internationally. Extensive training material is courier delivered within a few days of enrolment. Printed manuals are complemented with numerous online resources in audio, video and other formats.

A trainee can expect to complete the certification process within 9-15 months, although the duration is dependent on the individual and certification track chosen. Trainees have complete flexibility to study and practice in their own time, at their own pace and can look forward to responsive, caring support for up to two years if needed.

This Programme carries accreditation from reputable international and UK based organisations. It is also designed to train all of COMENSA’s behavioural standards, thereby preparing the future coach for COMENSA registration and credentialling.
