For personal and professional growth and development for the coach we cover the following assessments and insights: Emotional Intelligence – EQ/EI; Conflict Resolution; Assertiveness Skills Coaching; Moving Beyond Fear & Limiting Beliefs Worksheet; TimeLineCoaching.

The qualification combines theoretical knowledge and practical workplace learning, both of which must be completed successfully to attain competence.
