Leverage Mentoring

The training provider applies the KUDWA framework to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, understanding and discernment that wise mentors require to be affective. Module 1: Knowledge Module 1 is designed to help the participant to know themselves and understand paradigms. Then to learn why these are the keys to change and achieving better results. Module 2: Understanding Participants learn that knowledge, without understanding and implementation, is as good as not knowing. They learn to deal with key definitions related to mentoring and coaching. They also learn to understand why involving mentees in learning activities and the learning journey is critical to deliver results. Module 3: Discernment: Self-knowledge requires the understanding of self and others. Relationship trust and the ability to influence mentees is fundamental to change and growth. The module also highlights the importance of ethics in one’s career and in our personal and professional relationships. Module 4: Wisdom: Wisdom is the application of theory and knowledge. In this module the participants learn practical frameworks, such as the GROW model, to add value and drive a results-oriented outcome in all mentoring relationships. Module 5: Accountability: Accountability is fundamentally about ownership. Thus, in this module we train and embed the implementation process of practicing accountability. They learn how to do this at an individual and organisational level.
