The Legacy Programme is a structured, high-impact coaching movement aimed at empowering:
- Youth navigating uncertain futures
- Leaders of Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs)
- Entrepreneurs building sustainable enterprises
- Educators of vulnerable communities
Our goal is simple yet profound: To strengthen South Africa by strengthening its leaders.

What Is the COMENSA Legacy Programme?
The Legacy Programme is a structured, high-impact coaching movement aimed at empowering:
- Youth navigating uncertain futures
- Leaders of Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs)
- Entrepreneurs building sustainable enterprises
- Educators of vulnerable communities
Our goal is simple yet profound: To strengthen South Africa by strengthening its leaders.

- South Africa urgently needs emotionally intelligent leadership.
- Youth unemployment remains a pressing national challenge.
- NPOs and entrepreneurs are the lifeblood of our communities — and their leaders deserve professional support.

- Members in good standing with COMENSA
- 2–3 years of coaching experience
- Strong ethical and professional standards
- Working toward credentialing and accumulating recognised hours
- Champions of inclusion, transformation, and leadership development
- Willingness to document learning and participate in mentorship circles
If you believe ethics are non-negotiable and leadership must be cultivated intentionally — this programme is for you.
- Structured, meaningful pro-bono impact
- Recognised hours toward credentialing
