5 Modules Each module has both online content (150 hours) and practical content (104 hours) Delegates must complete online content prior to attending the practical days. 13 practical | Electronic | Zoom | Teams days Each online module is 30 hours. (This will also depend on the speed which the delegate reads and their internet connection) Each online module has an online test The pass mark for each test is 65% The tests are based on the online content Each online module has 100 test questions i.e. 500 questions in total. Whenever a test is taken each module randomly selects 25 questions questions from its bank of 100 questions ensuring that the test is never the same Between modules delegates must practically coach one another and be coached by one another Each delegate coaches for 20 hours Each delegate is coached for 20 hours Each delegate must complete a 70 hour business plan in conclusion of the program to qualify
