Employees in most organizations get promoted from being operators to supervisory positions. This has become a norm in most industries. What most companies do not realize is that for an employee to move from one level to the other they need to be prepared for that elevation. There must be alignment between the elevated position and the skills set of the employee. BZH has designed an integrated employee mentorship program that seeks to prepare junior level employees for first line management (supervisory) positions.
