The AR Coaching and NLP Training Programme is aimed at equipping Coaches to be able to perform high level Coaching to individuals and teams. It is not about ‘doing’ Coaching, but instead ‘becoming and being’ a Coach, where we encourage the students to embrace and own Coaching and that it becomes a way of life. In the process we provide the tools and behavioural standards for the students to be able to coach at any level. We ad the NLP Training in order to equip the students with effective processes to use going to a deeper and more intense level with their clients. AR Coaching also offers each student support for 6 months after completing the training, to ensure they step up and start coaching as soon as possible after the training, and to set up a successful coaching practise.
