This 11-Month training program is delivered via The University of the Free States online learning platform, Blackboard. The program aims to equip participants with the Principals of the Ontological Coaching Model and integrate it with the language required as financial coaches. The program further equips participants with the skills to coach clients through transitions such as death, disability and retirement. Coaching clients to build better relationships with money, deal with money conflict and life construction and deal with breakdowns that cause financial anxiety is some of the topics covered in the plan.
