The Christian Life Coach Certification is a comprehensive professional training programme that equips learners to coach with competence, confidence, and ethical clarity while honouring a Christian worldview. Designed for aspiring and practising coaches who want to integrate spiritual formation with professional coaching excellence, this programme blends evidence-based coaching methods with biblically aligned principles, emotional intelligence, and ethical discernment. What makes this programme unique is its balanced integration of faith-based wisdom and professional non-directive coaching standards. Learners are trained to coach responsibly without counselling, diagnosing, or overstepping scope using practical, real-world tools and uniquely developed frameworks such as the Empowerment Cycle, the MindShift Accelerator Process™, the Identity Alignment Model, and the Spirit-Soul-Body Coaching Framework. These structured tools give graduates a repeatable method for facilitating genuine transformation. The curriculum spans 16 modules over a guided 6-month learning journey, with learners receiving 12 months (365 days) from the date of enrolment to complete all requirements at a pace that supports deep learning, reflection, and practical application. The programme includes progressive assessments, reflective journaling, case studies, emotional and somatic awareness development, and inner formation work. Learners also complete six recorded coach-client sessions, demonstrating their ability to apply behavioural competencies in real coaching environments and ensuring alignment with COMENSA’s Behavioural Standards Framework. This programme is distinctive in that it prioritises the transformation of the coach first. Learners strengthen their own identity, emotional regulation, biblical alignment, and ethical awareness before guiding clients through similar processes.
